REFUND & RETUEN POLICY

 RETURNS: Once your items are delivered, you have 5 days from the date of delivery to ship them back to us for a full refund. Return shipped after the first 5 days will be eligible for store credit ( store credits never expire). No return will be accepted after 10 days (BUT DO INFORM PRIOR ABOUT YOUR RETURN WITHIN 5 DAYS OF TIME PERIOD) IF THERE IS A PROBLEM WITH YOUR ORDER, PLEASE BE SURE TO CONTACT US IMMEDIATELY! All returned merchandise must be in its original packing. We do not reimburse shipping or return fees. Returns are allowable only when Seller has issued Buyer a Return Material Authorization (RMA) in writing. Seller does not accept responsibility for material returned without an RMA and receipt from Seller. Issuance of an RMA is not a guarantee of credit for returned materials. If material is returned to Seller’s supplier, credit for return will not be applied until supplier grants credit to Seller. Products returned under the manufacturer’s warranty must be properly packed and shipped to locations specified by Seller or its supplier. Shipping containers must be clearly marked per instruction and shipped freight prepaid by Buyer. RETURN INSTRUCTIONS: All returns must include a tracking number (UPS, USPS, FedEx). Please provide us with the tracking number of your return (jaspalelectricals@yahoo.com) Failure to do may so delay the processing of your return.

SPECIFIC PRODUCT LIMITATIONS: Certain products, like PCB, Motors and spare parts are not eligible for return, refund or exchange

 

Cancellation:A cancellation fee may be levied on a customer on account of cancellation of order on the Platform (Cancellation Fee). Such Cancellation Fee shall be charged based on the time during which the customer opts to cancel the order upon placing/confirming the said order on the Platform. It is clarified that there will be free cancellation of orders only for the initial few hours of placing an order, after such time frame, Cancellation Fee will be levied on applicable products.
Why is Cancellation Fee charged?
Cancellation Fee is charged to compensate for the slot, time and effort incurred in processing an order by the seller and to compensate the logistics service providers for incurring a cost when they ship the order.
The Cancellation fee charged shall be either equivalent to or less than the charges borne on account of cancellation of an order by customers.
How will the Cancellation Fee charged?
The Cancellation Fee shall be deducted from the amount paid by the customer for the said cancelled order.
New Jaspal Electricals reserves the right to modify/waive off the Cancellation fee from time to time. The Cancellation fee shall be quoted in Indian Rupees. You shall be solely responsible for compliance of all applicable laws for making payments to New Jaspal Electricals or the sellers (as the case may be) on account of any cancellation of orders.
