We've been serving Chandigarh in retail since 2005 from our shop at Shop No. 101-102, Sector 38-C. New Jaspal Electricals is a GST-registered proprietorship (GSTIN 04AYFPS2446H1ZF) owned and run by Dilpreet Singh. Every purchase comes with a GST invoice and the manufacturer’s warranty. Our online spare-parts brand Sparemaster (www.sparemaster.in) is part of the same business.

Shipping, returns and refunds in brief: we ship anywhere in India (not abroad) and shipping is calculated by weight at checkout, starting at ₹99 for small parts; every parcel leaves our Chandigarh shop with a GST invoice and tracking by email and WhatsApp, and customers in Chandigarh, Mohali, Panchkula and Zirakpur can collect from the shop. A damaged, defective or wrong item is replaced free when reported within 7 days of delivery with a photo or video; a spare part ordered for the wrong model cannot be returned, so send us the model number on WhatsApp 98550 13127 before ordering and we will confirm the match.
