Yes. Every spare part and appliance we sell is an original product sourced from the brand or its authorised distributor, and every order comes with a GST invoice from New Jaspal Electricals.

How long does delivery take?

Orders are processed within 1–2 business days. Standard delivery takes 3–7 business days; remote or rural areas can take 7–10 business days. Tracking details are sent by email/SMS as soon as your order ships.

Yes, we ship across India. International shipping is not available at the moment.

How much is shipping?

Shipping is calculated by parcel weight and is shown clearly at checkout before you pay — from ₹99 for small parts. We do not offer cash on delivery.

How do I find the right spare part for my appliance?

Accepted Answer

Check the model number printed on your appliance (usually on a sticker at the base or back) and match it with the model numbers in the product title. Not sure? WhatsApp a photo of the label to +91 98550 13127 and we will confirm the right part.

Can I return a product?

Accepted Answer

Returns are accepted for products that arrive damaged, defective or incorrect. Report the issue within 7 days of delivery on +91 98550 13127 or info@newjaspalelectricals.org with your order number and photos. Correct parts that have been installed or used are not returnable unless defective.

When will I receive my refund?

Once the returned item is received and inspected (usually within 2 business days), the refund is issued to your original payment method within 7–10 working days. You can also choose a replacement or store credit.

Is there a warranty on appliances?

Appliances carry the manufacturer's warranty. Warranty claims are handled as per the brand's terms, and we help you with the process. Every order includes a GST invoice, which you need for warranty claims.
