Yes. Every spare part and appliance we sell is an original product sourced from the brand or its authorised distributor, and every order comes with a GST invoice from New Jaspal Electricals.

Orders are packed and dispatched from our Chandigarh shop as quickly as possible, and tracking details are sent by email/WhatsApp as soon as the parcel ships. Transit time depends on the courier and your location – nearby cities are quicker, remote areas take longer – so please follow the tracking link for the expected delivery date, or WhatsApp +91 98550 13127 for an update on your order.

Yes, we ship across India. International shipping is not available at the moment.

Shipping is calculated by parcel weight and is shown clearly at checkout before you pay — from ₹99 for small parts. We do not offer cash on delivery.

Check the model number printed on your appliance (usually on a sticker at the base or back) and match it with the model numbers in the product title. Not sure? WhatsApp a photo of the label to +91 98550 13127 and we will confirm the right part.

Returns are accepted for products that arrive damaged, defective or incorrect. Report the issue within 7 days of delivery on +91 98550 13127 or info@newjaspalelectricals.org with your order number and photos. Correct parts that have been installed or used are not returnable unless defective.

Once the returned item is received and inspected (usually within 2 business days), the refund is issued to your original payment method within 7–10 working days. You can also choose a replacement or store credit.

Appliances carry the manufacturer's warranty. Warranty claims are handled as per the brand's terms, and we help you with the process. Every order includes a GST invoice, which you need for warranty claims.
