It is not functioning properly. Pressing the 'Swing' button increases the fan speed; pressing the 'Timer' button activates the swing function; and pressing the 'Fan Speed Increase' button switches on the pump. All the other buttons are also performing different functions than intended; only the 'Power' button is working correctly.
