What it does well
Whipped cream: chilled bowl, speed 3 then 5, 2–3 minutes.
Egg whites for meringue and soufflé: speed 5, 4 minutes.
Cake batter and buttercream: speed 2–3.
Mashed potato and besan batter for pakoras: speed 1 – no lumps.
Naan or pizza dough, up to 300 g flour: dough hooks, speed 1.
Care
Eject the beaters and wash them; wipe the body, never submerge it. Let the motor rest a minute after 5 minutes of turbo. We keep the beaters, hooks and the motor carbon brushes for the HR3705.
