500, 750 or 1000 W?
500 W is enough for chutney, masala and small wet grinding. 750 W is the sweet spot for a family that makes batter twice a week. 1000 W is for daily heavy grinding or a joint family; it is not faster for small jobs, it just does not overheat on big ones. Whatever you buy, run it in 30-second bursts with a pause, never continuously, and do not fill a jar beyond two-thirds.
Jars and spares
